This is achieved by a strategic enrollment process in which employees are empowered to evaluate their own spending patterns in health care.

Engage

Once an employee has been identified with a chronic condition, an individualized effort is made to engage them in their illness. This engagement process helps employees better manage future spending by utilizing preventative care or disease management benefits available through the plan.

Educate

As we move forward as a country, the financial demands being placed on individuals continues to grow. Our educational process combines general financial literacy with health care specific information. The goal of this process is to give employees skill sets that benefit them in life and not just about how to file a claim. By the end of the transition, our goal is to change your renewal process away from plan component selection and to managing specific health issues of the participants.

Communicate

By effectively communicating our multi-year process, we empower participants to take greater control over their own personal health issues. Participants without health issues learn quickly that they can save more money and potentially create greater wealth for themselves and their families. Many participants may be hesitant to discuss health issues with HR, so WBG is able to give unbiased and individualized advice. We are the health care advocate for your company and your employees.
