Carrier Neutrality

In developing benefit strategies for our clients, WBG believes that selecting the best carrier for each specific line of insurance is critical (e.g. health, dental, disability & life). In many cases, this approach will result in three or potentially more carriers for each of our clients. By utilizing a "best of the best" selection process WBG can ensure that your employees are receiving the best possible service and cutting edge plan designs. While this may seem simplistic, many brokers do not do this because it can cause the commissions paid to be lower than if one carrier was used for all lines of coverage. By remaining carrier neutral, our benefit plan designs will allow companies to compare carriers and remain cost competitive. At WBG, we will always put the needs of our client ahead of incentive compensation.
