IBS Inc., begins doing business as The White Bear Group

Integrated Benefit Solutions, Inc., will do business as www.whitebeargroup.com consulting focusing on health, wellness, health literacy, and financial literacy using the IEEC methodology. The White Bear Group will specialize in tax-advantaged Consumer Driven Health Plans to reduce health premiums by 20%. Teri, Tony, and Liz Gutierrez will be joined by Chris Shoffner who specializes in tax-advantage health plans.

Teri and Tony Gutierrez Appointed 2007-08 State Committee Chairs for NCAHU.

Teresa Gutierrez, President, Triangle Chapter of NAHU was appointed 2007-08 Awards Chair for the North Carolina Association of Health Underwriters www.ncahu.org. Teri will assist the state's seven local chapters with state and national award applications and requirements. "Awards are a good way for local chapters to become better organizations while recognizing the accomplishments of their members." says Teri.

Antonio Gutierrez, Media Relations Chair, Triangle Chapter of NAHU was appointed 2007-08 Media Relations Chair for the North Carolina Association of Health Underwriters www.ncahu.org. Tony will assist the seven local chapter media relation chairs with working with the media. "As media relations' chair, it's important we share our message of promoting sensible health care reform in North Carolina."

Teresa Gutierrez, President, Triangle Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters, Tony Gutierrez, and Liz Gutierrez attended to Capitol Conference. All were part of the North Carolina delegation at the National Association of Health Underwriters Capital Conference held in Washington DC. The theme of the meeting was "Marching to a New Drum; Changing Directions in Health Insurance" and 700 health insurance professionals from across the country did just that by communicating NAHU's legislative agenda to congressional leaders. Capital Conference's guest speakers included leaders in the battle to enact sensible legislation that creates better access to health care. Speakers included leaders from the Bush administration, Senator and Congressman.

Integrated Benefit Solutions, Inc. helped as a "Legal Loop Level" sponsor at the 2006 "Revitalize HR" NCSHRM State Conference. Teri Gutierrez, a member of the Triangle Chapter of Society of Human Resource Managers (TSHRM) volunteered as Exhibitor Chair coordinating 90 exhibitors for the event. Tony Gutierrez, a member of the Raleigh Wake Human Resources Manager Association (RWHRMA) volunteered as event photographer. Elizabeth Gutierrez also volunteered with event registration and exhibitor prizes. We at Integrated Benefit Solutions Inc., hope that everyone who attended the 2006 "Revitalize HR" NCSHRM conference in Durham, NC enjoy these photos as much as we did taking them.

Tony and Teri Gutierrez attended the the North Carolina Coalition for Healthy Solutions (NCCHS) www.ncchs.net kick-off luncheon. Teri, President, Triangle Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters is a member of the NCCHS advisory board representing the North Carolina Association of Health Underwriters. This coalition formed in direct response to the continued incrase in health care costs in North Carolina that affect both the public and private sector. NCCHS seeks to raise awareness of the banefits of maintaining a healthy workforce thorugh innovative programs that provide workers ready access to the tools they need to stary healthly and manage illness.
